Export One Tab to Excel

Navigate to the tab in the sheet that you wish to export in Google Sheets. Then look up at the URL on the top of the screen. 

Replace   "/edit#gid"    in URL with the following below (copy & paste):

/export?format=xlsx&gid

As soon as you hit ENTER, the tab will download as an Excel file!
